We are very filled of Culture and Provencal Traditions.
Our ability finds again in the development of the typically local pastry to basis of almond cream (pie almond and assorted fruits).
The Tropezienne, our specialty (fine sweetbread covered of cream muslin) in fact a delicious and unexpected dessert. Our passion for the Provence it is as products of the best producer soil and craftsmen of the region.
We propose you
"the papalines of Avignon", jams and honey of the Luberon, the crystallized fruits of the Alpilles, "the Calissons" of Aix, the "nougats" of Sault.
We also compose some gluttonous baskets to colors of the Provence, dressed of Provencal textile olivadeses with the Vacqueyras, of the Muscatel of Beaumes of Venice and the water of pear life Manguin.
