The "Calissons" from Aix

"Calissons" are one of the numerous famous specialties of our Provence.

This sweet from Aix is elaborated from cream of almond and melon preserves.

The "Papalines" of Avignon

The Papaline is a chocolate candy written down to the inventory of the National Heritage of the French specialties created in 1960 by the Main Confectioners of Vaucluse.
In this thistle liqueur a delicious beverage " the oregano of the Comtat ". The "Blanchere" house founded in 1835 collected meadows of 60 plants picked on buttresses of the Mount Ventoux. After steeping, distillation, addition of honey, this liqueur was ready to be inserted chocolate.

The pebble is an almond of Provence finely coated of chocolate, nougatine and coffee.

The chocolate Pralino

The pralino is an almond enveloped of a fine layer of nougatine, the all coated of chocolate and rolled in the bitter cocoa.

Olives of Provence

Those olives don't push on our famous olive trees of Provence, it is almonds coated of chocolate. More olives are black, more the chocolate is bitter and more they are green, more the chocolate is milky.

The calades

"Calades" are almonds of Provence grilled, with the cream of nougat, the all coated of chocolate.
